We build complete packaging lines for web orders. Think box set-up (Lantech) automatic sizing (height reduction/Jivaro), weighing and measuring (dimension weight) labeling and print-&-apply, sealing, palletizing and a final quality check. Everything talks nicely to your WMS/ERP so that every order is packed and sorted correctly immediately

Smaller, better fitting boxes = hauling less air. That saves transportation and material costs, gives less damage/returns and you get more orders per hour. Less cost on personnel related to less FTE required. In practice, we see a payback period of about 12-24 months, depending on your volume and product mix.

Yes. We design modularly: capacity can be scaled up, lines can run in parallel and exceptions go through a smart manual or bypass station. With buffers and clear rules, the flow remains stable even in peak weeks.

We link via APIs or lightweight middleware. We start with a data check (order flows, item dimensions, carriers) and prove the link on an acceptance environment before going live. We use our own WCS package for this purpose.

We design by default on right-sizing, recyclable materials and data transparency. This ensures that you are ready for stricter PPWR regulations towards 2030. If desired, we can provide reports on material savings (dimension weight) and CO₂ indication per shipment.

Services

A system integrator is a company that connects individual devices, programs and systems together so that everything works well together, as one.

Industrial automation is the use of technology and systems to make production processes and machines operate automatically with minimal human intervention.

Process automation is the use of technology (software, machines, robots) to make recurring operations and business processes automatic and efficient, with less human intervention.

24/7 remote support, on-site interventions, preventive maintenance, spare parts and periodic performance reviews. We agree clear SLAs on response time and uptime.

We periodically check mechanics/electronics/safety, do firmware updates and calibrations, and provide a report with findings and concrete advice.

Sure. Practical training by role (operator, maintenance, key-user) with clear work instructions and e-learning. This reduces familiarization time and downtime.

Yes. CE dossier, RI&E, change logs, functional and safety tests and audit-ready reports. For packaging, we can provide insight into material and CO₂ effects.

In addition to purchase, we offer lease/hire purchase and packaging-as-a-service with clear KPIs. Together we create a TCO/ROI model that fits your cash flow.

Software

A PLC programmer is a specialist who writes and sets up control software for PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), which automatically control industrial machines and processes.

The WMS determines what needs to be done (orders, stock). The WCS determines how and when that happens on the floor. We integrate via messages/APIs with clear agreements on ownership of business rules.

Yes. For compact, high-speed environments close to the customer, we provide control, routing and buffering so that pick, pack and dispatch steps are tightly coupled.

You get dashboards showing throughput, OEE, bottlenecks, wait times and fault logs. Optionally, we send proactive alerts and periodic reports by customer or carrier.

We use transparent licensing models (per site or throughput), version control and OT patching. Network segmentation and role-based access are standard. We contractually define data ownership and raw data export.

Retrofit

A control system retrofit means replacing or modernizing an old or obsolete control system (PLC, HMI, drive, etc.), but retaining the existing machine or plant as much as possible.

When the frame and mechanics are still fine, but controls or software are obsolete. Retrofit gives modern performance at lower investment and with much less downtime than complete replacement.

We revamp the "brain" and "senses" of the machine: PLC (control), HMI (operator screen), drives, sensors, safety, vision/scanners, cabling and software. Everything is re-documented and CE compliant.

We plan smartly (evenings/weekends) and pre-build offline whenever possible. A conversion usually takes days rather than weeks-of course depending on the scope.

Yes. We use current components with good availability, turn on remote support and logging, and agree on a clear spare parts package.

Lower capex than new, higher uptime, fewer failures and longer life. We pre-calculate a TCO comparison new vs retrofit, including risks and expected performance.

Intralogistics

We are total systems integrator: from intake and concept/ROI to detail engineering, construction, FAT/SAT, training and handover. We are brand independent and choose what fits your purpose and budget.

Conveyors, sorters, AMR/AGV, AS/RS, packing lines, weighing/measuring, scanners/vision, safety and the complete control layer (PLC + WCS).

QuickScan → concept & business case → detail engineering → build → FAT → installation → SAT → hypercare. One project manager, one schedule, one budget-no noise.

Modular layout, expandable controls, reserved capacity in PLC/WCS and "stub-outs" in the mechanics for later expansion. We model 1-, 3- and 5-year scenarios.

Yes. We have technicians spread throughout the Benelux, provide remote support and have agreements with key-suppliers for fast parts delivery.
